When they first moved into this building (Jhb) there was as yet no water connected. My boss told me they used the fire hose to flush, but one dumb guy turned it on full force and instead of filling the cistern, pointed the nozzle into the bowl, which of course backwashed and spewed him full of his own sh t. Clever hey?
