As do most other dog's I'd imagine. But are they scared? Or are they just really pissed off? I've a theory.
What if the noise of fireworks affected dogs (and cats) in the same way as nails on a chalkboard does us. I'm sure if I had to withstand a night of that noise I'd end up curled up on the floor whimpering and shaking too.
And on a seperate note, Guy Fawkes was a genius trying to blow something up with all those fireworks going off at the same time.

And that apostrophe is there to illustrate just how this night can affect people.

Dogs' hearing is much more sensitive than ours; so yes, they are really really scared. I hate it. Poor things. We gave our dogs rescue and a small shot of vodka. (Not at the same time)
that's a bit harsh. rescue with vodka, that's the ticket. the rspsa (royal society for prevention of sobriety to animals) are firmly on my side.
which is annoying, really, because i have real problems rolling over when i'm trying to get to sleep, with this whole bloody society clinging to me. fuck off! all of you: fuck off!
*tsk*
selfish bastards
i should set up the rsprspsaa
