i WOULD have done, but my home network's key link b/w dsl"modem" and the boxes is ethernet-over-power, and a nearby building site appears to have started using new kit that puts so much noise in the surrounding grid that no network traffic can get through in my house. it also fuzzes my LaCie monitor, making me wonder just HOW bloody much jangling my DNA is getting on a daily basis...
intermittent packets started creeping through yesterday, up to ~20% this afternoon, then suddenly 100% normal after about 4:30
and 2 million emails to go thru...
but a lot of the questions were before my entrypoint, so i'd be guessing a max of 12 or so...
annnnnndd... whatever it is has switched back on and i can only see the net via the wifi card on my data-stripped laptop (@ 800x600! *sniff*). so all the emails i'd typed and queued remain stuck on the big box. grrr.....
