You should all have got emails with the location of the results, and the password(s).
Pfft! Foiled by specifics.
Grim..., would you mind resending mine to ? Something awry with Evening Star.
Oh man I should have gotten the kitten one. I'm sure I had a hand in naming it.

For quickness,
here is a link to the results page.
Why did noone tell me that Nov's website was live?!
warhead has a shameful answer for "2: What is Sul's favourite drink?"
Posted by
Grim..., around November 2005:
He sure does.
But then you played Cal's adventure game more than anyone, and couldn't remember what the place was called =]
Posted by
Grim..., around November 2005:
Syl - recommend you remove your email address and spambots love looking at IAmCal.
I never played that game! Initially I thought you meant the "add a bit to the story" game. But I really don't remember the text adventure either.

Grim..., around November 2005:
I'm sure it was you. You got right to the end then realised it was impossible to complete.
I'm
sure it was you...
Posted by
Grim..., around November 2005:
I'd have got that question right if it wasn't =]
I'm pretty sure it wasnt me.
perhaps i blocked it from my mind

Is 'Nissain' Figaro a typo?
Posted by
Grim..., around November 2005:
Yup.
"Amusingly, Sul didn't know that for sure"
I write lots of stuff. I can hardly be expected to remember all of it. And no doubt it was slightly influenced by answer 2.
You should really give me your job answer. I knew what you did. Sort of. :(

I haven't been (what you said) for over a year =]
%$%&*(()*&^%$£"%&^(%$£%$£
Ok, fair enough.
And I was thinking of a different story. Didnt we have an ongoing story (not the three word one) in a thread? The tale was submition based.
Posted by
Grim..., around November 2005:
Hmm, maybe.
Can't remember now.
Posted by
Grim..., around November 2005:
Either way, you didn't know the answer =]
Easy there Quiz Master, I wasn't disputing it, rather hoping someone would say "Oh you meant
this one".

I'm just suprised Cal didn't do better.
I suspect he could have done if he'd spend some time on it...

You're just jealous because of all the sex, 'n,' drugs, 'n,' rock 'n' roll he's enjoying in SF.
and so am I.
Yay! I'm not LAST! heh heh
sul was right on 28 - saturn facilities did house 5e, so i'd accept that
i disagree with your judgement on #4
i might have accepted RedAndWhiteMan and CheekySexyGirlPrincess1337 for #25, since there were his name and the question was ambiguous
i think we should have gotten bonus points as suggested for #23 if we named 5 doc pseudonyms
are we sure it was black tuesday and not wednesday?
Defo Tuesday
Happened on the 8th April 2003
I agree with bonus points for doc pseudonyms, however I could only remember 4
Posted by
Grim..., around November 2005:
Er... I thought we were not giving answers away, Cal.
Hmm... #4 was 'what
is it', not 'what does it mean'.
#25. Stupid ambigous questions. If it had had a spelling mistake in it (like #20) everyone would have noticed. I would think that RedAndWhiteMan and CheekyEtc...1337 were names for names that Chris used, not Vic. Hey ho, we'll see how people feel.
#23 K, everyone that didn't will no longer get a point.
Google seems to agree with Sul about Black Tuesday.
I'll sort out further disputes tomorrow.

I've given Cal an extra point for naming Doc's pseudonyms.

Brock: 18

Which 3 did you get wrong? Sorry, I'm too lazy to check-easier to ask you ;)
Posted by
Grim..., around November 2005:
24: What is the longest not-awaited website that most definitely isn't "coming soon"?
The Mafia Game? powerpuff girls?
28: Who's offices did we walk around in Cal's impossible-to-complete text adventure game?
Can't remember
29: One day a load of posts went missing due to server troubles. What did we call that day?
Black Wednesday
BTW Who is the Chris that is referred to? Not Vic?
Chris is one of the few iamcalers that I've actualy met. Apart from Beargod, Miki, Gobbo and Redmaiden.

WarHead, around November 2005:
Please answer the question.
Posted by
Brock, around November 2005:
It's a different Chris. I think he's the one who had a profile pic of him(?) sat on the snowy floor with a snowboard on his feet.
He was, from memory, looking over the top of his sunglasses, laughing at the photograph taker.
Posted by
WarHead, around November 2005:
....laughing at the photograph taker.
They're called 'photographers,' Brock.
ROFL. Ah, yes, I remember him; he's best mates with Cal.
Posted by
Brock, around November 2005:
No, laughing at the person, rather than some random photographer/group thereof.
it sucks having no internet during the day
can I have a password so I can see the answers ? thanks :)
