Same here in Manchester. The sky was clear at lunchtime but it's beginning to cloud up again now. I pity the guys working in the cradle recladding our building. It takes about 5 minutes do get down to the ground and they got drenched this morning.

And here slightly South East of London. Calmed down now. Hail pelting me as I chased the recycle bin down the street.

We watched the storm from our office window.
'For Sale' signs and stuff were blowing across the road.
It was quite strange.

Shirley, 'For sale' signs are quite common.

Just got drenched by hail in Brighton. Went into Specsavers. Clear winters afternoon. Went out 10 minutes later. Covered in hail. Ruined a perfectly good roll-up.

Well, it's not good for you anyway, but then neither is hail.

oh, i dunno. so long as you smoke low-tar extra-filtered hail, you should be all right.
