some doctor's just published research saying that most injections to the arse (eg for slow-release things like some vaccinations, vitamins, etc) are bungled for women, due to the extra arse fat.

2 things:
1/ note they talk about the arse fat rather than the fact that the doctor should surely be competent enough to adjust for different patients' different shapes
2/ note that they don't even mention the fact that gave me the heebie jeebies re the "competence" of these doctors: 50% of MEN were bungled too
