Cal, on the discussion page does it switch to "2 hours" after 90 minutes? Aren't there 120 minutes in 2 hours?

it's easier to understand 2 hours than 110 minutes (that's the idea anyway)

Um, ok, sort of understand that but why not just present the 1 minute and 1 hour? If youre gonna be inaccurate about it why try to be more accurate at first then throw it out the window?

It's the same system that is on Flickr. No-one seems to have noticed it there, though. I spotted it after Salti noticed it here.

A Cal-ism that is much more likely to be required for flickr. Anyone here that gets confused by time stamps over 90 minutes that aren't in hours should get automatically banned anyway.
