a good christmas trick is to start drinking heavily after lunch and spend all afternoon in the pub and then it's pitch black by the time you leave and so then you fall asleep at some silly time and then you wake up in the wee small hours and can't get back to sleep

if i had a proper red hat i'd probably be fine

HAH! I had very few hours sleep the night before last, started drinking early, had a nap just after Neighbours, carried on drinking and ended up in bed at a reasonable hour. Now I'm off to buy myself some trainers that'll probably be half price on monday. Good day.
