My boobs are size DD almost E. It's also because I have put on a lot of weight. I plan to lose 25kg this year, but even so, my boobs will only go down to a size D. I really hate them, but I am also very scared of having an operation. I want them to be a size B. What do you think? Should I have an op?
Why would you want them to be smaller?
It's not like they are G cup or H cups. I mean I can't see that a DD or D cup is inconvienent or unmanagable.
Plus is it worth the scarring and other associated surgery risks just to make perfectly normal sized things unneccessarily smaller?
Maybe you are right. It's just that they irritate me so much. And I do have some back pain. I just don't like big boobs. Hey, thanks for your input Alfeus, I have been thinking about this for a while and it's important to me. :)
Perhaps your back pain will ease as you lose the kg you are planning to? :) I think surgery would be a rather drastic option to be honest. Perhaps see how the diet goes first. :)

I have also considered surgery but I'm also not giving myself permission untill I have lost a lot of weight.
Added thing: there is a risk for them to do breast reduction when you are overweight, apparently they can come out weird shaped/lumpy etc. (saw some documentary once that convinced me it wasn't a good idea to try before I lost weight)

I've got double D cups and I'm quite happy with them, it's the rest of my body that bothers me. I've lost nearly 5 stone over a couple of years and your boobs will get smaller. Surgery is so drastic and they will probably tell you to go away and lose weight first anyway. Good luck with the weightloss :)

I did it by healthy eating and excercise, not a quick fix but it works. Don't eat processed food. I rate Gillian Mckeith but I know lots of people find her annoying.
