No, not really. I guess I would ask for his reasons for believing in God when the evidence that we have to support this opinion can be explained scientifically. He believed in God in spite of this.

What happened there? You saw him and thought - that bloke looks like the Doc - but didn't approach him, presumably because you were on the underground and that sort of thing isn't good tube etiquette.
