That's quite well written. I guess people can be as horrible as they like on the Internet, no-one can do anything about it. I think it's cowardly. You should never say anything to anyone that you wouldn't be prepared to say to their face. That's why I get a bit annoyed with people who hide behind this "I'm so mean and nasty" facade; it's easy when you've got a keyboard to hide behind.
