Interesting - the basic story is that a 17yo kid took a photo of another 17yo boy and a 16yo girl having a hump, and was then stupid enough to post it on his blog (no pics, sorry Brock).
He's facing child pornography charges, even though, in the eyes of the law, he's a child himself.

I think it's a valid case. No way in hell should he get more than community service, but he is guilty of child pornography.
