There is a potential jumper on the roof of the car park opposite my new office. :/ Poor guy, has his head in his hands, not looking good.
Oh and I'm still alive btw, just been moving house and jobs and such, so I haven't had access to the net.
The thing is it's not a super high car park. I mean it's high enough (about 4 storeys), but not high enough to be certain of killing yourself. Discuss.

i dont think his heart is in it to be honest. He's just swearing at policemen now and giving the bird to the local paper photographer.
It's gridlocked Chester though, they've closed off the inner ringroad and the streets look like a shot from 28 days later...
But with policemen not zombies.
shoot him lightly to start with, then.
ask him how he feels about it.
if he likes it, proceed to finish him off. if not, tell him you'll finish him off unless he fucks off and lets everyone get on with their lives.
