Er...going by the leopard-print (dahling) I would say this plane is SO 1976. So...30 years?
EDIT:is that meant to be camouflage(sp)? Leopard print? For the sky?

The swastika on the tail would put it in the 1930/40s (unless there is some hindu-only airforce in operation).
But.... the shot looks like another bodged photoshop jobby, on an airfix model superimposed on a backdrop of wanky 'cafe-bar' wallpaper.

Is this a screenshot from Metal Gear Solid 4 or something?
Is the pilot made out of bees?
the pic itself is a bodgeup backdrop for a model, but the plane is a real one. if you see what i mean.

...and if there are any hindus reading, then, yes, I do apologise, as the hindu/original swastika is the other way around an' all....
front-ish view of the model:
the pilot IS a bee. chosen according to the very best of HR guidelines on the basis that he knew how to fly. if you look closely you can see him in the cockpit staring wild-compoundeyed at all these weird sticks and dials and wondering what the FUCK this is all about and where are the flowers

• the planes that this is a model of can carry 4 tons of bombs 5,000 km
• the rear turret is remote-controlled
• crew of 3

Syl:
First pic - nearest (to us) tail, above what looks like the letters 'BA'
actually, the swastika is a correct HINDU swastika, but is the wrong way round if you are an american indian or a viking

So, how old is it?

bumdog, around 18th September 2006:
"Indiana Jones and the Uncomfortable Catheter"
1943!!
63 years old
has the same shape/design as the "next-generation" high-capacity long-range stuff currently being worked on by boeing
"Indiana Jones and his Temples of Alzheimers"
