Lots of rampant and energetic sex is a good way to keep slim.
That's why I'm overweight.
when i was at uni i just used to forget to eat.. i was 7 stone. since working in offices i'm more than 2 stone heavier.. therefore I conclude that not eating and not sitting in an office all day would be the best ways to lose weight.

I think your reasoning is flawed.
I conclude from the information you supplied that going to uni keeps you slim.
Fair point sir, however I know a lot of people that got incredibly fat at uni. I think the trick is to be so incredibly lazy that you can't even be bothered to eat... it's like anorexia but without trying.

Jumping Jehosephat, Jess!
Your BMI used to be 14.9(very underweight) and now it's 19.2(low end of normal)
The scale is :
Below 18.5 = underweight
18.5 - 24.9 = normal
25 - 29.9 = overweight
30+ = obese
i told you, it's all the boking i do.
From what I can gather, frankie was stick thin cos she was boking. And all the people she knew who got fat, were eating it.

It's okay, I was only 15 when it was drawn.

Thankyou for that, Alfie. Now I don't feel like eating my dinner.
The Nausea Diet by ALFIE
I made my friend cry by telling him that his rhubarb and custard crumble looked like "cat sick mixed up with cat guts".
To be fair he was only 7 and is now a very camp professional ballet dancer..

Sheesh. I'll never be that thin :(
The lowest I've been is 7.7 stone (108lb/49kg BUT I am only 5'4") and I am currently DOUBLE that.
