Meh! The Girls Guide to Geek Dudes triggered our prohibition filter. My details have been logged. The Network Nazis are probably closing in, even as we speak.

Yes! That would be awesome!
Generators, energy-saving lightbulbs, hurricane lamps, gas cookers (and as soon as winter starts, gas heaters) are pouring out of the shops. We've been informed that there will be energy "rationing" - we need to cut consumption by 12% I am going to buy all of these things and stop using the electric blankets overnight, just heat up the bed, climb in and switch off. Geisers must also be switched off during non-peak hours. It really is a huge crisis and is affecting the economy badly. But hopefully if everyone reduces their usage we will be okay. If not, loadshedding and rolling blackouts will continue. I am worried about the 2010 Soccer world cup.
