Trivia: Can you name two tube stations (the tube is the london subway system) who's names contain all five vowels? How about two who's names contain six consecutive consonants? If you can figure it out, post a comment.

The London Underground station "St. John's Wood" is the only such station to not contain any of the letters of the word "Mackerel."

"Aldwych" is the other six consectutive consonants one. But it is now closed down.

Oh and also I really need to get a life. but then in this community I don't think there will be enough to go round. Warren is on the waiting list for a start.

Actually I used the fantastic powers of Google to find the answers although it took about half an hour! you dont think anyone would aCTUALLY look through EVERY station name do you ;)

I didn't cheat.. I just looked at a tube map... took about 5 mins to spot the one I got, but then I got bored so I didn't do any more..

Hey, I figured out the knightsbridge one in about 30 seconds using the map cos its somewhere near the middle and your eyes tend to fix on it. It took half an hour to find the others cos there are only a few people sadder than me on the net so I had to trawl through their trainspotters posts for the last two year. so there are people sadder than warren.
