Oh my gosh. you people remember the eels? Novacaine for the soul is only their greatest song. I think that when I think of the eels i will think of that song. They are always making such good music.

the eels are such genious'. novacaine for the soul was my favorite song of theirs. They were really popular in the states about 10 years ago, I wonder what the hell happened to them.

I love them, but I was disappointed when I saw them live. Apparently these days they play a punk cover of 'Get Ur Freak On'.

I love them, they are wonderful. And I saw them live last year and they ROCKED MY WORLD! the lead guy "e" played Keyboard, Drums, Guitar and Sang. but not all at the same time obviously.
Some really depressing tracks and some really uplifting tracks too.
They rule.
Plus their last album had the tag line "You little punks think you own this town"
Which I think is fantastic.

SoulJacker? I think.
Much darker than the upbeat Daisies of the Galaxy. but still just as good.
