this has certainly got to be the best rock album of the modern day. the beatles take the title for having the best older stuff, but they need to step down and make way for radiohead. even better than the bends, and far better than pablo honey, okc definitely stands out in my collection.

i think what i like best about this album is just that the whole thing reeks of a high-quality performance, with lots of thought put into it. i guess that it's a good thing to reek of excellence.

better than pablo honey? maybe.

better than the bends? no way. the bends has so much more to offer. sure, ok computer has more of a message, but you can't beat tracks like "the bends" and "just"

fake plastic trees - more message than a tolstoy novel

whilst correct, "fake plastic trees" carries the message that the whole of ok computer reinforces. i'm sure i have a point
