What would be the best fight to the death?

All fights would be held on a pool table enclosed in a cage with various weapons placed over the fighting area. So please bare in mind that all fighters would be specially trained to deal with all situations so we're in for a good, humane fight what ever happens.

So what it to be?

Monkey vs Monkey
Dwarf vs Dwarf
Monkey vs Dwarf

or me vs Suzie?
