ONE:37 is getting close to opening. I know, i know - i've been saying that for a year and a half now, but soon. Soon.

After a small amount of codehacking, i've managed to export pictures from 'Doodle' on my palm. This masterpiece was crafted by phil in a particualrly boring networking lecture. It is entitled "quiet scene".

Since i've just been linked on powazek and k10k, i imagine that i might have some new people visiting today. If this is your first time here, please drop a note in the forum and then head over to the color scheme changer to get settled in.

Straight but not narrow covers a topic i think is very important. Discrimination based on sexual preference. It's not big and it's not clever. Whoever it was who registered plasticfag.org and pointed it at tom's site has something wrong with them. So what if he's gay? What's your problem?

If there's one thing i advise you never to do, it's having your wallet stolen. The cash is replacable, but credit card, debit card, driving license, national insurance card, uni id card, nus card, aa card, sainsburys card and cards for every club in birmingham. It's not a fun thing to happen to anyone and if it happens to you, you have my sympathy.

Familiar with GIJoe? Well then you'll know he always wins. Luckily, dailyradar have come to the rescue with a hints and tips page for cobra command (GIJoe's arch enemy).

If you haven't already, please visit the forum page and give me ideas for polls. I'm quite happy to abuse my readership by asking them whatever you want to know - let's get out there and poll the masses.

RE: Katie Deakin

Just in case you're reading this, email me your address so i can forward you your chirstmas card. I didn't find you today and i'm not in again until January. To you and all the good people (and none of the bad) at UCE, have a good christmas and new year.

This is my first update from the internet booth in a shopping centre in Birmingham. Expect more useful content next time - it's hard to type on a flat keypad (which, incidentally, beeps). More later...

Dido's album "No Angel" is stunning. Stunning I tell you. Stunning in case you didn't read the last two senctances. For the first and last time, i've ripped a track so that you can hear for yourself (warning: 3.55mb file). You should buy this album immediately.

People are complaining that the NSPCC has been spending more on advertising than directly on children. So they've been spending more on preventing child abuse (by raising awareness) than they have on coping with existing child abuse. I don't see a problem with that.

A very good friend of mine is picking up the results of her blood tests on thursday. Hopefully she'll find out why she's been faniting lately. I hope for her sake she finds out and that things are okay. It's a shame that anyone has to go through stuff like this.
